2010/08/10 12:12 | by 台北地區除了大稻埕碼頭之外，九月份三重也會多一個忠孝碼頭喔！台北縣在規畫藍色公路路線的時候本來只有規劃華江橋、重陽橋和新海橋底下設置碼頭，經過台北縣議長建議之後決定要在忠孝橋下多建一個碼頭！
那個議長說他小時候淡水河是很乾淨的，可以在河邊養鴨子還可以把河水挑回家用，不過後來因為工商業發展汙染了淡水河，以前的縣長也都說要整治淡水河，什麼「清水合作」、「萊茵河計畫」後來都不了了之，一直到周錫瑋上任後拆除了違法砂石場，推動衛生下水道建設和接管，淡水河才從中度污染變為輕度污染 ，甚至現在淡水河還可以釣魚！
